It is of the utmost importance for me to pay attention to the little things and earn my clients' trust. I truly have my clients' best interests at heart and focus building a relationship and not just the transaction. I provide a common sense approach to finance and with that philosophy I can truly take care of people without having to recite guidelines and policies. My focus with each client is to ensure you become better educated about the process and your choices.  I can also help if our clients need a referral to a good Financial Planner, Accountant, Attorney, Insurance Agent, or Realtor. My background includes over 8 years of Mortgage Lending experience, both as a broker and as a direct lender.  I started in the Mortgage industry as a Loan Processor and Underwriter, which help set a strong foundation in my ability to qualify borrowers properly upfront.  My mortgage experience includes managing the Underwriting and Processing Department and also as a Production Manager which included originating all loans and overseeing a team of Processors, Underwriters and Loan Coordinators.    Real Estate Broker - California Department of Real Estate - License # 01096950 Department of Real Estate Broker License # 01747434 for the state of California.  CalPERS Member Home Loan Program Certified NAMB and CAMB Member since 2007
