My experience with Chloe Figueiredo was certainly a positive one.  She was very efficient, and unlike most loan brokers I've dealt with, she was quite familiar with her lenders requirements and was able to deliver on what she promised.   I had a particularly challenging situation when it came to my loan.  Previous loan brokers made lots of promises, but were unable to deliver on any of them because they were unfamiliar with the sticking points of their lenders.   I would whole-heartedly recommend her to my friends and relatives, and in fact, I have done so on two different occasions.  In a time of uncertainty when loans are difficult to come by, it's good to know that there is someone like Chloe out there.    She knows how to close a deal.

Working with Chloe Figueiredo was one of the best things we did, when deciding to purchase a home during the mortgage meltdown.  She was extremely efficient, she patiently listened to all of our questions, gave factual answers and returned all calls in a timely manner, no matter when we called.

But the most amazing aspect of the whole transaction was she looked at the information we gave her, she looked outside the box, offered us an alternative and then was able to deliver us a loan that worked out quite nicely.

I would gladly recommend her to my friends and relatives, and have done so on several occasions.  It's good to know that there is someone like Chloe out there, she thinks outside the box and she knows how to get things done.
